Rules


Dear Guests,
We are pleased that you have chosen to spend your holidays at Camping dei Fiori and, in order to facilitate the use of our services, we assure you of our best attention by publishing this guiding regulation which you should follow during your stay in camping and for the use of our housing units, mobile homes, bungalows.
Upon arrival

1. Registration of documents 
Upon arrival, after parking the vehicles in the external parking, guests are kindly asked to go immediately to the camping front desk, if campers, or at the village reception if they use one of our housing units. A valid identification document shall be required, as well as filling in the mandatory notification form for P.S. (Public Safety) according to applicable regulations in force, and to consult internal regulations. Minors are admitted only if accompanied by their parents or by adult relatives. Our management reserves the right not to accept guests who do not have valid documents and do not have a conduct compatible with the camping rules.

2. Camping Pass 
Upon arrival, at the Reception offices, each Guest receives a Camping Pass granting access to camping through the automatic gate at the entrance and through the pedestrian gates of the entrance and pool area. This Camping Pass is also indispensable for carrying out any operation by the Reception offices. All Camping Passes must be delivered to the Cash office upon departure. Guests using pitches will be required a deposit of € 5 (for the camping pass) that will be paid back when the camping pass is retuned.

3. Cash office opening hours
Our Cash office for payments will comply with the displayed opening hours; payments can be made only during opening hours. Guests are kindly asked to pay for the period of stay. The period of stay is counted based on the number of nights, irrespective of the time of arrival. We do not accept cheques.

4. Pitch allocation
Pitches are allocated by the management that, according to circumstances, might take into account guests' requests. Reservation of pitches only guarantees your stay in the areas available upon arrival. Only one crew is allowed for each pitch and any equipment exceeding a vehicle plus a tent or a vehicle plus a caravan or a camper is considered extra and thus counted separately. Pitches and restrooms are opened progressively, depending on attendance, according to the order decided by our Management. It is absolutely forbidden to occupy free pitches with vehicles or other personal equipment, even temporarily.

5. Housing units 
Our Management can to take into consideration the customer’s preference on the type of bungalow, mobile home or pitch, but cannot guarantee it. Our management reserves the right to change this preference, subject to availability, without prior notice. Daily rate includes only one parking space; any second vehicle will be charged separately and parked in the external unattended parking. Housing units are available from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm on day of arrival. In any case, the estimated cost for the stay must be paid upon arrival. For housing units, the security deposit of € 150 will be returned at departure after the checking the housing unit tidiness and cleanliness and after having returned the keys and the car pass at the Information Office. This checking must be booked prior to departure at the information office. Customers are entitled to make complaints or report problems of any kind at the reception within one hour after the delivery of housing units. Please check all supplied material on the inventory list in each housing unit; any shortage must be communicated immediately to the Reception.
 
6. Motorcycles 
Motorcycles are allowed inside the camping. They can be parked in the appropriate parking places.

7. Pets 
It is mandatory to report the presence of pets that must be secured in compliance with health standards, as shown by the attached documentation and undergo eventual veterinary checks while staying. Only pets of small and medium size are allowed.


During your stay 

8. Changes in presence
Guests are obliged to report each absence from and return to the campsite. Failure to comply with this disposition will result in revocation of payment exemption for the period of absence.

9. Visits 
Visits of third parties during the stay in camping are prohibited both during day time and at night. Any visitors must be admitted by the reception offices and may enter the campsite upon leaving an identity document to the staff in charge; however, they cannot enter the campsite with any type of vehicle. The visit can have a maximum duration of half an hour; after exceeding this time, visitors have to pay the daily rate of the campsite. Visiting hours: from 09.00 am to 8.00 pm.

10. Internal traffic 
It is forbidden to drive motor vehicles inside the campsite from 11.00 pm to 07.30 am and from 1:30 pm to 3:30, even if just for entering or leaving the campsite. Motor vehicles on campsite roads must proceed at walking speed, limiting traffic only to situations of absolute necessity. Cyclists are advised to keep a moderate speed for their own safety and for general safety.

11. Rest hours 
From 1.30pm to 3.30pm and from 11.00pm to 07.30am, any noise that could disturb rest is forbidden, e.g. noise resulting from using loud radios, TV sets, stereo systems, musical instruments or noisy group gatherings, . Observing general tranquility is a general obligation, as well as keeping to a moderate level radio, TV, stereo sets and musical instruments. Between 11.00pm and 7.30am it is forbidden to install or disassemble tents or caravans with verandas. These hours can be modified at the discretion of management.  Breaching these provisions might constitute grounds for removal from the campsite.

12. Pets 
(see point 7) Pets are allowed only on certain pitches, always on a leash, in absolute respect of hygiene rules and administrative law in force. Dogs shall be on a leash even when taken outside the campsite for their walks; dog owners are required to clean whenever necessary. It is forbidden to take pets on the playground and in the pool area.It is forbidden to leave pets unattended in mobile homes, pitches, caravans / campers / tents.

13. Child care
Our campsite management does not carry out any surveillance on guests' activities inside the campsite. Child care, in particular, is to be carried out exclusively by parents, also solely responsible to third parties, or by other caregivers, with relief of any responsibility for campsite managers and owners. The aforementioned persons will make sure children do not cause damage or incur any danger inside the campsite and while using the playground. In the pool area, specific rules must be observed. Playing ball is prohibited between tents, on streets, in the pool area.

14. Hygiene standards 
The campsite has a thorough cleaning service, but relies on the collaboration of guests to keep it as orderly as possible.Camping is subject to the separate collection of waste that should be separate into paper, plastic, glass, organic and undifferentiated. Remember that waste must be disposed of in tightly closed bags in special containers at the entrance of the campsite. Also remember that a good separate collection of waste make the actual disposal less difficult. It is forbidden to deposit furniture, footboards, axes and any bulky solid waste and not easily disposed at the waste containers within the camping area and at the communal areas. These needs will be supplemented with the help of specialized firms. Disposal to be agreed with the management will be charged on the customer bill.  Sinks and wash basins must be used according to the appropriate directions. This is valid for restrooms as well. Any damage caused by their improper use will be charged to the guest. Remember that chemical toilets must be emptied only in special drains located in the toilet blocks. For the use of bathrooms for disabled people, guests are kindly invited to ask the key from the Reception. Guests are required to maintain and leave the pitches and housing units in order and as clean as they were delivered. It is compulsory to use sheets and pillowcases on the beds of housing units. Those who were unprepared must get them even by renting them at the Reception offices. Please inform the customers not to smoke inside the housing units. Washing cars and motorcycles is prohibited.

15. Infectious diseases
Infectious diseases or in any suspicion of infectious diseases this must be immediately reported to the campsite management. S. Corona Hospital, with emergency room, is at about 800 meters from the campsite.

16. Insurance and internal safety 
Our management declines any responsibility for theft, accidents or damage to things and people, and is not liable for damage caused by storms, hail, falling trees or branches, diseases, including those affecting plants, epidemics, fires, force majeure etc. Campers are responsible for damage that their equipment can cause to third parties; in this respect it is highly recommended to enter appropriate civil liability insurance policy covering any damage that might be the responsibly ascertained to the camper or his family members. The use of all facilities made available to guests: swimming pools, playgrounds, sports facilities is at the risk of the user. The Management declines all responsibility for accidents of any kind that may occur inside the campsite. Access to swimming pools is allowed to swimmers wearing earplugs, during the opening hours displayed by the pool entrances. Diving and playing games that are not authorised by assistants are forbidden.

17. Damage, theft or loss of items
Management is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss of objects, equipment, vehicles owned by Guest. Any person that damages in any way or steals objects belonging to the campsite, is obliged to pay compensation for damage and restitution, when possible, of the objects. In the event that guests find a lost item or an item forgotten by other guests, must deliver it to the management.

18. Poor services 
Please inform the management about any equipment breakdown or poor services inside the camping.

19. Mail messages
The incoming correspondence addressed to our Guests will be delivered at the Reception offices to adults. After 7 days, the unclaimed mail is returned to the sender. Do not make announcements via speaker for lost property or pets.

20. Fires and barbecues 
It is forbidden to start fires on the ground. Barbecue is allowed only when it does not constitute a hazard or disturbance and if you make sure to put it off after use.

Upon departure

21. Pitches 
Departure time is between 08.30am and 11.00am, otherwise you will be charged for the whole day, that is, the daily rate for pitch and for persons, irrespective of the time of arrival.

22. Housing units 
Housing units must be freed the morning of departure day between 9.00am and 10.00am, left in perfect order as delivered, with clean dishes and pots. Any broken or missing items will be charged to customers. Paying the charge for final cleaning is mandatory. If you remain inside the campsite after 12.00 noon, you will be charged the entire daily rate for the number of persons and the vehicle that should be parked in the external parking. The booked period shall be paid for, even if not entirely used due to late arrival or early departure.

23. Camping Pass 
Camping passes must be returned upon departure only at our Cash office, otherwise you will be charged the amount of €5 for each piece that is not returned. In the best interest of all guests, our Management reserves the right to remove from the campsite any person seriously breaking the provisions of these regulations or behaving in a manner that affects the order and peace inside the campsite.
